   • "Middleware": An intermediary system that facilitates the integration and analysis of EVA DTS data, provided through our API.
   • "Paid Subscription": Refers to access to the EVA DTS data analysis middleware service through a monthly or annual fee.
2. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our Services, the User agrees to these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy. If at any time you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the Services.
3. Description of Services
   Free EVA DTS Data Analysis Services:
   We offer a free service for conducting EVA DTS data analysis. The User may access the results and use the analysis at no cost, subject to the conditions described in this document.
   EVA DTS Data Analysis Middleware Service:
   We also offer an EVA DTS data analysis middleware service, which enables the integration of this data through our API. This service is offered under two modalities:

   • Free Access: Limited access to the middleware service, with restrictions on data volume, available features, or number of integrations.
   • Paid Access: Full, unrestricted access to the EVA DTS data analysis middleware service, through a monthly or annual subscription. The User may choose the plan that best suits their needs.
4. Use of the API and Middleware
   • Access to and use of the eva-dts.com API is available only to registered users.
   • The User agrees to use the API and the EVA DTS data analysis middleware service solely for lawful purposes, respecting all intellectual property rights and not violating local or international laws.
   • API access may be subject to usage limits that will be specified in the API documentation. Users who subscribe to the paid plan will have access to enhanced features and capabilities according to their selected plan.
   • eva-dts.com reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the API and services in the event of misuse or violation of these Terms of Use.
5. Paid Subscription
   Access to the EVA DTS data analysis middleware service via subscription is subject to a monthly or annual fee. Pricing and details about subscription plans will be available on the website.
   • Subscription Modalities: The User may choose from the following subscription plans:
   • Monthly Plan: A recurring monthly fee, with full access to the middleware service.
   • Annual Plan: A recurring annual fee, with full access to the middleware service at a discounted price.
   • Payment and Billing: The User must provide valid payment information when subscribing to the paid plans. Payments will be processed through a secure payment system, and subscriptions will automatically renew unless the User cancels before the renewal date.
   • Cancellation: The User may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, access to the paid middleware service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All intellectual property rights in the contents, API, middleware, and any other materials related to the Services are the exclusive property of eva-dts.com or its licensors.
   The User may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the API or Services without the express written consent of eva-dts.com.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, or quality of the services, and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
